Jared Allgood is currently the CEO of Juxta Labs, a social and mobile apps development company. In under two years, Juxta built the largest network of classmate relationships in the world, ClassTop, which was sold to publicly-traded Classmates.com.

In this video, Allgood explains that a customer conversation should be much like an interview. That is, a discussion with initial questions, follow up questions, and time to repeat their responses as you understand them.
