In this video, Sarner shares his thoughts on the use of a Minimum Viable Product (i.e., MVP, aka Minimum Feature Set). He advocates for using MVPs that are basic, functional, and allow potential customers to interact with the product; the product should be polished later if it receives positive feedback.
