With a virtual prototype now developed, it’s time for David to quickly test it with customers. So David reaches back out to his list of entrepreneurs. After emailing customers a copy of his virtual prototype, he calls them to get their reaction to his concept. He uses the interview questions to understand their pain, evaluate his solution, and test customer demand.
The majority of his contacts agreed that his concept would solve their pain. In addition, a number of them showed interest in actually using his service to finance their first food truck. With the success of his virtual prototype, David decides he can move forward with the next step of the "Nail the Solution" phase by developing an actual prototype.
