Scott Cook is a founder of Intuit, an American software company that develops financial and tax preparation software and related services for small businesses, accountants, and individuals, including Quicken, Turbo Tax, and QuickBooks. The company was founded in 1983, and currently has $4.2 billion in annual revenues.

In this video, Cook illustrates the importance of testing your prototypes with customers and then learning from and iterating based on their reactions.
